Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Because each item is prepared with care, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping

We ship across the United States. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing. Shipping costs and estimated delivery are calculated at checkout.

Returns

Your satisfaction matters. If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery. For health and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo — we'll make it right.
